I'm Holly, your DEI Representation Officer, and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of such an empowering community for women. 

This year, my focus is on making sure that every member of WiB feels welcomed, embraced, and valued. As part of my role, I aim to not only acknowledge the challenges women might encounter in the workplace but also to understand and address the unique barriers that women from diverse backgrounds may face.
